To meet the need of the fast paced and busy schedule of our clients, Growth Space provides counseling virtually , via phone or video calls. Online counseling is currently being supported by most insurance companies, due to pandemic. Clients hoping to engage in online services must meet qualifications deemed by counselors on first contact as to ensure effectiveness and safety of the client. However convenient online counseling can be, counselors are unable to guarantee confidentiality. Due to the ever growing technological advances, there is no way for counselors to guarantee complete confidentiality of services provided over the phone or online.
